Terms and conditions

1. Membership
1.1 All applications for membership must be completed in full and are subject to acceptance by the Club.
1.2 The Club reserves the right to refuse any application without providing a reason.
1.3 Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2. Membership Fees & Payments
2.1 First Month Payment
The first month’s membership fee must be paid in advance upon joining. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, or cash.
2.2 Ongoing Monthly Payments
All subsequent monthly membership payments will be collected by Direct Debit only.
2.3 Joining Fee
There is currently no joining fee applicable to any membership.
2.4 The Club reserves the right to amend membership fees at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice of any changes.
3. Membership Term
3.1 Memberships are offered on a minimum one-month contract basis.
3.2 Membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing a minimum of one month’s written notice in advance.
4.2 Notice must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the Club.
4.3 Short notice cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances, except in cases of genuine emergency.
4.4 In the event of an emergency cancellation request, valid supporting proof must be provided, and acceptance will be at the sole discretion of the Club.
5. Use of Facilities
5.1 Members are entitled to use the Club’s facilities in accordance with their membership type.
5.2 The Club reserves the right to amend opening hours, facilities, or services without prior notice.
5.3 Facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, events, or circumstances beyond the Club’s control.
6. Member Conduct
6.1 Members must:
• Treat staff and other members with respect
• Use all equipment and facilities responsibly
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
6.2 The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:
• Misconduct
• Abuse of facilities
• Failure to follow Club rules
7. Health & Safety
7.1 Members participate in all activities at their own risk.
7.2 It is the member’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to use the facilities.
7.3 The Club accepts no liability for injuries sustained unless caused by proven negligence.
8. Personal Belongings
8.1 The Club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
8.2 Lockers (where provided) must be emptied after use.
9. General
9.1 The Club may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
9.2 Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions.
