Forest Hill Golf Club SIM X - Terms and Conditions
1. Memberships
Forest Hill Golf Club SIM X offers three monthly membership tiers for the SIM room, each providing unique benefits as outlined below. Memberships are subject to these terms and may be updated with prior notice.

All memberships incur a one-time joining fee of £35.00. Benefits are subject to change, and the club reserves the right to vary the amount of subscription fees with no less than 14 days’ notice of any proposed increase.
2. Bay Bookings
- Booking Options: Bay bookings are available in 30-minute slots. Members can book these slots in advance via the booking platform.
- Non-Member “Turn Up and Play” Rates:
- 30 Minutes: £25.00
- 60 Minutes (1 Hour): £40.00
- 90 Minutes: £50.00
- 120 Minutes (2 Hours): £60.00
(Note: Weekday daytime rates (10am to 3pm) are discounted to £12.50 for 30 min, £20 for 60 min, etc.)
- Guest Fee: An additional guest fee of £10 per guest applies for all non-member and member bookings.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance by calling or emailing Forest Hill Golf Club SIM X to receive a credit back onto the account. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the booking fee.
- Other Booking Terms:
- During peak times, the club reserves the right to limit player numbers.
- Members and guests must behave appropriately, or they may be asked to leave without a refund.
- The booking holder must accurately list the number of players attending.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, with proof of age required when requested.
3. Fair Use Policy for Platinum Membership*
The Platinum membership offers unlimited simulator hours, subject to this Fair Use Policy:
- Reasonable Use: Intended for personal use only, with usage patterns monitored to prevent excessive bookings.
- Peak Times: During busy periods (e.g., evenings, weekends), Platinum members may be limited to a maximum of 2 hours per day to allow fair access for all members.
- Advance Bookings: Members may book up 14 days in advance, with bookings released if the member does not check in within 10 minutes of the start time.
- No-Show and Late Cancellation: Repeated no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may lead to booking restrictions.
- Non-Transferable: Unlimited access is for personal use by the Platinum member only; it cannot be transferred, shared, or resold.
- This policy may be revised to balance demand, with notice provided for any changes.
4. Facility Usage
- Members and guests are expected to wear appropriate attire, including branded clothing provided by the club.
- Management reserves the right to adjust facility usage as needed and to refuse entry or revoke bookings if necessary.
- Golf clubs should be swung only in designated areas, with a safe distance of at least 2 meters maintained between players.
- Members and guests are responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment and are encouraged to have personal liability insurance.
5. Liability
- Forest Hill Golf Club SIM X assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or other incidents. Members and guests are responsible for their own insurance.
- The club is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property on the premises.
6. Alcohol Service
- Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with responsible service practices. The club reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears visibly intoxicated. Proof of age may be requested when ordering alcoholic beverages.
By using Forest Hill Golf Club SIM X facilities, all members and guests agree to these terms and conditions. The club reserves the right to amend these terms with reasonable notice.
