1. General

1. Gift vouchers are issued by Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd, registered in England.

2. Gift vouchers are a prepaid payment instrument, redeemable for goods and services at the Forest Hill Golf Club’s facilities only.

2. Use of Gift Vouchers

1. Gift vouchers may be redeemed for payment in full or in part for any products or services provided by Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd, including but not limited to golf, driving range, adventure golf, gym access, F&B, and retail, subject to availability and Club policies.

2. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase online membership subscriptions or any service/product explicitly excluded at the time of purchase.

3. Gift vouchers cannot be used in connection with any other offers, promotions, discounts, third-party offers or partner campaigns unless expressly stated in those promotions’ own terms and conditions.

3. Non-Refundable & No Cash Alternative

1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

2. No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, unused balance, lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
   (This reflects standard practice that gift vouchers are not covered by change-of-mind policies.)

4. Validity & Expiry

1. The expiry date of your gift voucher will be shown on the voucher. After the expiry date, any unused value will be forfeited and the voucher will no longer be redeemable.

2. Any extensions or exceptions to expiry are at the Club’s sole discretion.

5. Redemption

1. To redeem a voucher, present the physical voucher or valid digital code at the time of payment or booking.

2. Gift vouchers must be presented before redemption and cannot be applied retrospectively after a transaction has been completed.

3. If the value of the voucher is less than the total purchase amount, the difference must be paid by another accepted payment method.

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers

1. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged for cash.

7. Transferability

1. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom they were issued or gifted.

2. Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd accepts no responsibility for any unauthorised use.

8. Fraud & Misuse

1. The Club reserves the right to refuse redemption or cancel vouchers where fraud, misuse, suspicious activity, or a breach of these terms is suspected.

9. Changes to Terms

1. Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd may amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website.

10. Law & Jurisdiction

1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
