Anaconda Falls Mini Golf at Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd
Anaconda Falls Mini Golf (owned and operated by Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd) considers the safety and enjoyment of its visitors to be of the utmost importance. We strive to maintain the highest standards across our venue, and we expect all guests to follow these Terms and Conditions. Entry to the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Online Bookings
1.1 The following terms apply when a customer (“the User”) makes an online booking and pays by credit or debit card.
1.2 Game slots and packages are sold by Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd at standard prices. By placing a booking through our website, the User is making a booking request, which becomes binding only when Anaconda Falls Mini Golf processes valid payment and sends an email confirmation of the booking.
1.3 Anaconda Falls Mini Golf reserves the right to charge a booking fee at its discretion.
1.4 The booking confirmation email will include details of the selected game/package and the total amount paid. Once this confirmation has been sent, the booking deposit and any remote payment fee are non-refundable. Anaconda Falls Mini Golf is not responsible for errors made by the User when selecting games/packages online.
1.5 Any outstanding balance must be paid in advance (for parties) or on the day of play, as stated in the booking confirmation email.
1.6 To make payment, the User must provide accurate cardholder details including name, address, email, card number, expiry date, and security code.
1.7 Transactions will appear on the cardholder’s bank or card statement.
1.8 Anaconda Falls Mini Golf will make every effort to operate at advertised times. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require changes or cancellations. If we must cancel a game, a refund for the affected game (or proportionate amount) and any applicable handling fee will be issued. No additional compensation will be provided.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.2 All advance bookings require a non-refundable deposit, which may be up to 100% of the total booking cost including extras.
2.3 If fewer players attend on the day than booked, the Company reserves the right to charge the full cost per absent player.
2.4 Customers may amend their booking once, up to two weeks prior to their scheduled date (subject to availability). Further changes may incur an additional fee.
2.5 The Company reserves the right to transfer bookings to an alternative date when necessary.
2.6 All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, management may, at their sole discretion, authorise a refund or issue a complimentary game voucher.
3. Entry Policy
3.1 Staff members are present to ensure the safe and appropriate use of all facilities and to enforce site rules.
3.2 Flat, closed-toe shoes with good grip are recommended.
3.3 No outside food, drink, or alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
3.4 Children remain the responsibility of their supervising adults at all times. Anaconda Falls Mini Golf does not provide child supervision. Supervising adults must remain on site during play.
3.5 Disruptive, antisocial, or violent behaviour toward staff or guests will result in immediate removal without refund. Any such incident may be reported to the police.
3.6 Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.
3.7 The Company does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings.
3.8 All participants play at their own risk. Anaconda Falls Mini Golf is not liable for loss, injury, or damage resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow rules, or lack of supervision.
3.9 If you are unsure whether the environment is suitable for you or your group, please speak with a staff member before play.
3.10 Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled tee time. Late arrivals may forfeit their session without refund.
3.11 Please notify us of any changes to group size at least 24 hours before your booking.
3.12 The Company reserves the right to alter opening times, pricing, and attractions without prior notice.
3.13 Admission is at the discretion of management.
3.14 Terms and Conditions are subject to change — please check before your visit.
4. Site Rules
4.1 No running.
4.2 Flat or low-heeled footwear only.
4.3 No physical contact with other players.
4.4 Do not climb on any scenery or course features.
4.5 No crouching, lying down, or entering restricted areas.
4.6 No foul or abusive language.
4.7 Guests with medical conditions should consider that mini golf involves mild physical activity.
4.8 Do not enter the water or landscaped areas.
5. Game Sessions
5.1 A round of mini golf typically lasts around 1 hour, depending on group size.
5.2 Games may occasionally be delayed.
5.3 Late arrivals may miss their game and will not be entitled to a refund.
5.4 General sessions are open to players of all ages and abilities.
6. General
6.1 All players participate at their own risk.
6.2 Scorecards, food, and merchandise are subject to availability.
6.3 From time to time, Anaconda Falls Mini Golf or authorised partners may take photos or video footage for promotional purposes.
By entering the premises, you consent to the use of such media in marketing and publicity materials.
6.4 The Company does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
6.5 The Company is not liable for injuries or losses caused by misuse of facilities or failure to follow rules.
6.6 The Company reserves the right to amend prices, schedules, and attractions at any time.
6.7 Admission is subject to management discretion.

7. Car Park
7.1 The car park is provided for the convenience of guests visiting Anaconda Falls Mini Golf
7.2 Vehicles must be parked only in designated bays and must not obstruct entrances, exits, pedestrian walkways, or emergency access routes.
7.3 Vehicles must be driven carefully and at a maximum speed of 10 mph.
7.4 Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk.
7.5 Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of, or from, any vehicle or its contents while on the premises.
7.6 The company does not accept liability for any injury, accident, or damage to persons or property unless caused by proven negligence on the part of Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd.
7.7 Please ensure that your vehicle is locked, windows are closed, and valuables are not left on display.
7.8 Vehicles that are abandoned, causing obstruction, or parked in unauthorised areas may be subject to removal or immobilisation at the owner’s expense.
7.9 Anti-social behaviour, littering, or any activity likely to cause nuisance or damage is strictly prohibited.
7.10 Parking is permitted only for the duration of your visit to Anaconda Falls Mini Golf or Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd.
7.11 Overnight parking is not permitted unless prior written permission has been granted by management.
7.12 Forest Hill Golf Club Ltd reserves the right to close or restrict access to the car park at any time, without notice, for maintenance, events, or safety reasons.
7.13 The management’s decision on any matter relating to parking on the premises is final.
